1.9.08 — TV campaign continues with message on importance of winter car washing.
With the coming of winter, Kaady's public information tv campaign carried by Comcast Cable stations on the west side of Portland has switched from the fall message on water conservation to a reminder about the importance of year-round car washing. Rendered in the same distinctive style as the previous two commercials in the series, the new 30-second animated spot points out that brake dust, de-icing agents and other residue thrown onto the surface of your vehicle during everyday winter driving can cause damage if not removed. (Though the commercial doesn't mention it, the Underbody Rinse included in Kaady's Premium Wash is especially effective at cleaning these harmful elements from a vehicle's drive-train and lower chassis.)
