PAY SCALE GUIDELINES FOR FULL-TIME WORKERS:
- Shift Supervisors: $9.00/hr.
- Senior Shift Supervisor: $9.50/hr.
- Asst. Mgrs in Training: $10.00/hr.
- Assistant Managers: $11.00/hr.
- Managers: $35,000 - $75,000 annually.
All Employees: 401(K) Retirement Plans are available to all workers 21 years or older who have worked one year, and have recorded at least 1,000 hours at that time.
